Everyone's building an AI wrapper around ChatGPT these days. The hard part is proving you're more than a feature Claude could ship in an afternoon.

Elizabeth Yin, Hustle Fund general partner, sits down with Nalina Murthy, Hustle Fund Venture Fellow, to break down a real deck from Archaelix, an AI tool letting non-lawyers draft, edit, and sign their own contracts. Two things stood out:

1. Know if you're a feature or a founder. Claude already explains a legal clause like you're five. Archaelix has to prove it's solving something bigger than a good prompt, or it's just a nice demo waiting to get absorbed by the tools people already pay for.

2. Pick a customer, not a category. "Non-lawyers" sounds like a market until you realize a landlord and a freelancer need completely different things. The founders who win pick one wedge, nail it, and expand from there instead of trying to serve everyone at once.
