The lesson

INEOS Grenadiers. US Navy SEALs. Those are real signals that you're talking to the right people.

But when we went through the deck, we saw names and logos without context. How many pilots? What stage? What happened after the INEOS Grenadiers call? The team slide had impressive pedigree but didn't tell us who does what, how long they've known each other, or who's full-time.

At pre-seed, that's the whole story.

One line of context per name turns a slide full of logos into a slide full of proof. You did the work so flaunt it.
